then goto dns settings under advanced and enter the following:

primary dns: 8.8.8.8 secondary dns: 4.4.8.8

then save it

make sure after you send the BBC to 21600 you received a confirmation that your Blackbery service has been activated

just insert yoour sim into your modem and connect with the settings that's all
